The Nifty ends tad below 7800, down 30.50 points or 0.4 percent at 7788.10. The Sensex is down 97.41 points or 0.4 percent at 25622.17.
Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, L&T, BHEL and ICICI Bank are top gainers in the Sensex. Among the losers are Hindalco, HUL, Wipro, Dr Reddy’s and HDFC.
