Seamec has entered into a charter party with Kruez Subsea for charter hire of Vessel for operation in the Far East. The Vessel is to be delivered to the client before end March 2013. During the tenure of contract, the Vessel will undergo dry docking to which the client has agreed. The Contract value will be about $6.28 million.
