The market continues to rise with support from FMCG, pharma and auto
stocks. The Sensex is up 103.72 points or 0.4 percent at 28128.05, and
the Nifty up 25.60 points or 0.3 percent at 8641.40.
About 1440 shares have advanced, 1075 shares declined, and 203 shares are unchanged.
Asian Paints, Maruti, Sun Pharma, ITC and Coal India are top gainers while Tata Steel, L&T, Tata Motors, Axis Bank and Bharti Airtel are losers in the Sensex.
