Asian indices traded mixed on Tuesday as momentum cooled from the previous session’s China-inspired rally, while oil was in focus ahead of this week’s OPEC meeting.
China’s Shanghai Composite gained 0.41 percent or 10.38 points at 2,543.26. Japan’s Nikkei added 0.32 percent or 54.69 points at 17,412.20.
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng was flat at 23,911.50. Singapore’s Straits Times was flat at 3,339.92.
