Safari Industries (India) has received an approval for investment of Rs 5
lakh in the equity share capital of its proposed wholly owned
subsidiary ‘Safari Lifestyles’ to be incorporated with the Registrar of
Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The board of directors at their meeting
