formation of a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam
(RINL) on 50:50 equity participation basis for setting up manufacturing
facility for Transmission Line Towers & Tower Parts at
Vishakhapatnam. The board of directors at their meeting held on
