Biocon Update by Epic Research

Biocon is currently trading at Rs. 513.50, up by 13.55 points or 2.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 499.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 510.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 514.90 and Rs. 506.95 respectively. So far 144547 shares were traded on the counter.

Biocon and BRL will jointly hold 85.54% stake in Syngene. The above transaction is however subject to standard condition precedents including regulatory approvals.
