ITC has acquired 15,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par representing 76% of its share capital of North East Nutrients. Pursuant to this acquisition, North East Nutrients has become a subsidiary of the company with effect from February 06, 2014. The Registered Office of North East Nutrients is at Kolkata, West Bengal.
