TPC, the largest power generator in the country has signed financing agreement with KfW-Germany to setup of Solar Thermal and Photovoltaic Lab at NETRA under the aegis of Indo-German Research Cooperation through a Grant of Euro 5 million and matching contribution from NTPC.
