ower Finance Corporation’s – wholly owned subsidiary – PFC Consulting has transferred its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Patran Transmission Company’ to Techno Electric and Engineering Company, a successful bidder selected through Tariff based Competitive Bidding Guidelines for Transmission services issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India. The company has transferred Patran Transmission Company on November 13, 2013.
