followed all processes required for coal allocation -Every process in-line with GoI regulations followed -Allegations made by the CBI are paradoxical -Allegations against KM Birla are preposterous -Talabira II, III mines jointly allotted to Mahanadi coal fields, Neyveli Lignite (NLC) -Company has only a 15 percent stake in Mahanadi Coal fields, NLC JV -Have still not received clearances to start mining -Delayed clearances made for irrecoverable losses for company -No mining has been carried out in Talabira II, III mines -Application for Talabira-II mine made by Alcan’s arm in 1996.
