s LIXIL Corporation has acquired 70 percent stake in Star Alubuild from Romi Malhotra, the founder of the company and DLF subsidiaries -DLF’s two subsidiaries namely, DLF Home Developers and DLF Projects have divested 60 percent stake in Star Alubuild for an enterprise value of Rs 79.8 crore -Transaction is a part of DLF’s objective of divesting its non-core assets.
