Bharti Airtel, a leadi
ng global telecommunications services provider with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Wireless Business Services. Pursuant to this, Wireless Business Services has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Wireless Business Services holds BWA Spectrum in the Indian telecom circles of Mumbai, Delhi, Haryana and Kerala.
