Radico Khaitan, makers of Magic
Moments vodka and 8 PM whisky, reportedly has initiated preliminary talks to
sell 26% stake in the company to Japan’s oldest liquor company Suntory Holdings,
in a deal which could be valued to Rs 870 crore. Further, the proposed deal is
