Vivimed Labs has acquired Actavis
Pharma Manufacturing’s (APMPL) solid oral dosage facility in Alathur, Tamil
Nadu for Rs 122 crore. The facility, which Vivimed acquired from APMPL’s parent
Actavis Holding Asia BV, has already received the US Food and Drug Administration
