Enterprise Data Services provider, has implemented its Corporate Debt
Restructuring (CDR) package with signing of the Master Restructuring Agreement
(MRA). The company had earlier filed for restructuring of its debt in December
2012, under India’s CDR mechanism and had subsequently got final approval from
