Reliance Communications (RCOM) inked
pact with Tata Teleservices (TTSL) under a 2G intra-circle roaming arrangement,
with aims to cut costs and boost network coverage. As per the deal RCOM will
utilize 5,000 towers of TTSL across 14 GSM circles while TTSL will gain access
