Bajaj Auto, the country’s second
largest motorcycle manufacturer’s petition in the Pune labor court has been
postponed till July 23, 2013. The petition was filed to seek that the strike by
900 workers of the operative Union of its Chakan plants since June 25, be
declared illegal. Even in this situation, the company has achieved 100%
