Accelya Group, has received an approval for amalgamation of Zero Octa
Recruitment and Training (India) and Zero Octa Selective Sourcing India, the
wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) of the company with itself. The company has
received an approval from the High Court of Bombay that has passed the above
