Epic Asian Markets Update

Asian markets were trading firm. China’s Shanghai Composite rose 0.51 percent or 9.95 points at 1,975.40.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng added 0.72 percent or 148.88 points at 20,831.89.

Japan’s Nikkei was up 0.35 percent or 51.21 points at 14,524.11.

Singapore’s Straits Times advanced 0.73 percent or 23.36 points at 3,201.99.

Taiwan’s Taiwan Weighted added 1.01 percent or 80.56 points at 8,051.74.

South Korea’s Seoul Composite was flat at 1,830.32.
