BHEL is planning to invest about Rs 500 crore in setting up a power
equipment fabrication plant at Bhandara, Maharashtra. This equipment
fabrication plant will provide direct employment to about 700 people.
The entity is about to acquire land for the project and plans to start
production within 24 months from the completion of land acquisition
