The BSE Sensex was trading at 19494., up 129 points over the
previous close. It had earlier touched a day's high of 19502 and a day's
low of 19429. It opened at 18653.
The NSE Nifty was quoting at 5,932, up 36 points over the previous close. It earlier touched a day’s high of 5,936 and a day’s low of 5917. It opened at 5,917.
RIL, Infosys, Wipro,TCS, SBI, ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, Hero MotoCorp, ONGC, NTPC, Bharti Airtel, Sun Pharma, BHEL, HDFC, Dr Reddys Lab, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Hindalco Inds, Mahindra & Mahindra are among gainers in Sensex and Nifty.
Dr Reddys Lab is only the loser in Sensex and Nifty.
The BSE Small-Cap index was trading flat, while BSE Mid- Cap index was trading up at 1%.
Oil and Gas , HC, PSU, Power,Realty, Metal, IT, Teck , Oil and Gas, Consumer Durables, Bankex, Capital Goods, Metal, are the gainers.
